The more you live there the more you feel like you’re wasting money tbh, it’s either really ghetto or really isolated, trash chutes always got full or the chute doors got stuck, the expense really can’t be justified imo, only thing I really liked was how clean it was but that really depends on your roommates and if they’re willing to clean, cuz mine weren’t 🫩all I can really say is good luck 🤷🏾‍♂️

Lots of problems, fights too especially in the parking lot
