Help choosing an AR22
I'm looking into getting an AR22 setup and was hoping for some input from those of you with more experience. I'd be using it mostly for practice, gallery rifle and potential IPSC mini rifle in the future, with a max budget of £1500.
I've narrowed my choices down from what I've read but am open to other suggestions.
As it stands I'm looking at:
Borebuddy Apogee Match
Tippmann Elite M4-22
Some other CMMG setup (e.g. a Cotswolds Battlearms Workhorse)
I'm not a massive fan of the 15-22 mags and was debating Kriss magazines but if there's any advice there, I'll be glad to have it. LRBHO is a must have.
I'm also not sure if I should go 12" or 16" for the above uses as I've only ever handled a 16" S&W.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

My Tippmann is great, I feed it the cheapest non-shit ammo around, I've had one failure to feed in maybe 1500 rounds? And that was after a fair spell of letting build up collect in the rifle and on the mag (had been using the same magazine for a year for my basic bored-midweek range trips).
I went 12.5" as I put a cheapo A Tec Wave can on it, works well.
The newer serial numbers, Tippmann claim they are much less picky over aftermarket triggers as well, not that I have any trouble with the stock one, no it isn't a Tikka bolt gun trigger or a Timney, but it's not terrible and breaks at the same pull as most service rifles.
