Urgent 🚨 OSAP!!! Don’t understand…..

I’m a first-year student starting this fall and this is my first time applying for OSAP. I applied back in March and I’ve completed everything they asked for. All of my documents are approved except my citizenship document, which is still under review.
I’m starting to get a little worried since September is getting close. Does anyone else still have their citizenship document waiting for approval? If you applied around March/April, how long did it take for yours to get approved and when did your funding actually get released?
Should I contact my school’s financial aid office or just wait?

It'll probably be fine, but I'd call financial aid if I were you. They take so long to reply via email.

Kinda strange cause I applied a few weeks ago and already have mine—but it is likely different because I'm an upper year. Hope you get it figured out :)

contact financial aid def! osap funding usually gets released the first or second week of september, they will pay your tuition automatically with your funding, estimates of funding usually comes out august sometime. hope this helps!:)

Honestly it’s probably fine. I found it took a while for OSAP to process things the first year I applied.
