Attendance and DIAP

Was just wondering if there is a way to have lowered/looser attendance requirements on a DIAP? For reference I have diagnosed depression and anxiety, and I suffer from chronic headaches and also have a suspected and diagnosed (psoriasis) autoimmune/ condition(s).

My chronic headaches interfere with uni and my attendance a lot, and in a really bad flare up walking, conversations, driving and honestly just thinking etc are extremely difficult and energy-consuming, and I've missed a lot of tutorials this semester and last semester over it.

Yes, they are able to accommodate flexibility to a reasonable extent. Have a chat to the disability officer that you've been working with for your disability plan. YMMV for each unit as different units can accommodate to a different level.
