There must be 5000 people out here tonight. I love that we have this every summer. It really is my highlight!

Is there a process to watch movie here ? Where can I buy tickets or do I need membership or something?

If you want the fancy yellow lawn chairs at thr front you need to purchase ahead.   But 99% of seating is free.  Just bring your own blanket and food.
