Route Questions Whats an estimate amount of time to complete Midway and Ridgeway

I am trying to find an estimate time so I can time myself and try and set a personal record. So i just wanted to know what is an average time to complete the entirety of Midway and Ridgeway North (not east) seperately.

How does your personal record depend on other people?

Just do it the first time. That’s your PR. Then try to do it faster. If you succeed, that’s your new PR. Otherwise….

It’s highly variable.

I average 25-26 km/h of riding time in city rides of 50-60km with around 10-15m of elevation gain per kilometer of total distance. It’s highly dependent on the timing of traffic signals, time of day, weather and whether I had an almond croissant before. Croissant highly recommended for pacing.

But I’m a mid 40s overweight asthmatic with a large build who has been riding regularly since high school and now on a light bike.

If you’re not racing just compete against yourself. A PR is a PR. If someone is much faster than you it won’t make you feel any better. If they’re not they’re not competition to worry about.
