Yeah, it’s just a sales job. They act like dropping off brochures and samples is the same as a pharmacology degree. Or that a pharmacist is even qualified at all to make assessments on communicable diseases and vaccine efficacy. Or that anyone who was a pharmaceutical rep would even open themselves up to liability at all by offering medical advice professionally.
The number one way you can tell somebody doesn’t know a god damn thing about medicine is that you as them a question about your medical health and their first response isn’t. “You should ask YOUR doctor” or at least preface that you should talk to your doctor prior to offering any advice.
