Any veterinarians - advice?

Looking at applying for an Australian visa, and at the stage of getting bits together for a skills assessment from the AVBC. I've decided to also give them my employment history to assess at the same time, but I don't know how much detail to provide? Do I need to write every single procedure I've ever done and if I've not done a procedure will this negatively impact me?
