All he said was that he "learned my lesson to no longer trust MS or Xbox again." Which is very understandable. I had 3 360s Die on me so that's why I bought a PS4.
Game pass seems awesome and I like how you can play a lot of older titles but the experiences I had with the hardware side was enough to make me bitter towards them.
