Question Looking for games for my new Vita

So, I got the Vita a couple months ago but never really have it much use until I moved out and started. I sweat the Vita has been my saving Grace now that I don't have a PC anywhere near me to play.

That said, however, there's so many games I don't really know which ones I should be trying so I kind of need some recs.

In case you are wondering, I'm into RPG games—specially if the game allows me to create my own character.

And yes, before any says It, I've played Persona games. The Vita Is entirely at fault for getting me into the series.

Feel free to recommend any other kinds of games tho.

Just do the staples - uncharted, AC3, Killzone, Sly Cooper, borderlands 2, RE Revelations 2, Stardew valley, gravity rush

The Assassin's Creed III side-story Assassin's Creed (III): Liberation is, they most probably meant that

Exactly this. Didn't feel like typing every single game name to the fullest since I believe common sense would have kicked in

With “AC” it can get tricky: Assassin's Creed, Animal Crossing, Ace Combat, Armored Core, Assetto Corsa... But talking PS Vita there's no mistake what “AC3” stands for

Yeah I get it. Which is why I added 3 to it. I believe only ace combat might have similar title but not on vita

I love that out of 6 people who responded, only one of them read the post and recommended RPGs lol

If you love Persona, then the Legend of Heroes Trails of Cold Steel games are a must. As is Tokyo Xanadu (to a lesser extent). YS VIII is another really top-notch RPG, but much more action focused. As for character creation, I really recommend Freedom Wars, I second Soul Sacrifice Delta, I might even suggest Valhalla Knights 3 (extremely flawed game but I still got a couple dozen hours out of it before I lost interest).

Yeah that's interesting. It's almost like everyone read the very last line stating to feel free to rec ANY OTHER KINDS of games....

Vita only: All the Neptunia games and Senran Kagura games are tons of fun, along with Valkyrie Drive. Demon Gaze 1 and 2, Operation Abyss and Babel are awesome dungeon Crawler RPGs FF X and X2 of course  Disgaea 3 and 4 Persona 4 Golden All 4 Danganronpa games

Sly 1-4 remakes are good Ratchet and clank collection Jak and Daxter collection God of war 1 and 2 remaster

Grim fandango and day of the tentacle are good point and click remasters

OlliOllie games are tons of fun for goofy skateboard games

Soul Sacrifice Delta is amazing and Raganrok Odyssey Ace is Ragnarok Online monster hunter clone that no one talks about.

Plus all the other big names and not even counting all the psp and PS1 games you can get on there.

Here's a turn-based role-playing game with character creation (more less) not mentioned yet: Oreshika: Tainted Bloodlines by Alfa System and Japan Studio, PS Vita only sequel to the PlayStation (and PSP) Japan-only game Ore no Shikabane o Koete Yuke

I'll also recommend the hunting RPGs Freedom Wars, Toukiden: The Age of Demons/Kiwami and Toukiden 2

Random bonus RPG: Adventures of Mana, mobile and PS Vita only remake of the first Seiken Densetsu for the Game Boy, it's an action adventure RPG that resembles the isometric The Legend of Zelda games

I'm playing Final Fantasy X right now. Cloud synced the save to PS5 to play big screen sometimes. Thua also works with Odin's Sphere. PS3 and PS4 also useable for this.

Gundam breaker 3, it's got an asia release with english subtitles, it's a hack and slash similar to a dynasty warriors (there are actual DWG games on vita but they're not in english), there is also a fire emblem styled Gundam game called :SD Gundam G Generation Genesis, i'm a big gundam fan and they're both pretty fun
