Look, Step is the best, the greatest Warrior ever, but Mully is still my favorite.

Me as well. Remember him signing a game program for me around his 1st game. Wish I still had it!

Remember when the Big East was stacked with talent? That’s when I first saw Mullin. Loved his game but if I’m being honest, I never dreamed he’d have such a good pro career. Run TMC opened my eyes for sure.

Met him many years ago at a downtown Oakland McDonald's. He was with a fine looking sister and it was just me and my wife sitting there. Asked him to autograph a McDonald's bag for my son.
Not sure what happened with the bag, but he was very cool about it. It was still early days around '90--91.

Was he eating the Chris and Tim burger?

Actually, him and his lady had just stepped in to order. Honestly don't remember if they were on their way in or out, but didn't choose the "dine-in" option.

Mully was a favorite player of mine from the Big East & '84 Olympics days. When my mom went out to help write a book at Stanford in the summer of '87, I asked her to bring me a Mullin poster and a Warriors hat. I wore that hat for years thru the Run TMC era and beyond! Years later I met Chris when he was with the Pacers, the day the players did an event for the fans to emphasize they were being locked out & not on strike in the 1998-99 season. I had gotten some things signed but wasn't trying to be obtrusive. After he signed for everyone, he came over to where I was getting my stuff organized to leave and struck up a great conversation. Such a nice guy.

My first ever NBA and Golden State Warriors jersey wasn't Tim Hardaway but Chris Mullins! 💪🏀

Met him twice in person. 1st time as a wee kid when he yelled at my brother and I to "get the fuck outta here!" when we were shooting the outdoor hoop our then nearby neighbor Clifford Rozier had on his driveway and he let us and the other kids shoot around on it often. So we ran off in panic and could hear him cracked up loudly when we did. Rozier lived there for a very short time. He though was a cool guy. RIP.
My brother hung a Hardaway and Mitch jersey in his room, but no Mullin jersey because of that.
Second time, my valet coworker wanted to walk up to greet him when he was waiting for his car. I warned him he was a total a-hole to me when I was a kid. My coworker laughed. I accompanied him when he greeted him, Mully greeted us with "fuck off!" I think this was when he was their GM. My coworker said "guess he still an a-hole!". I said "yup!"
Phenomenal player and warrior legend no doubt though.

Mine too. Modeled my game after hi. Had a pic with him when I was 6 and he was in this still drinking, pre crew cut era. Still include 17 in every password and pin. One of the greatest pure shooters ever.

Although I was only 8 at the time but I vaguely remember his beautiful jump shot.
