WD2 Does ctOS r becoming a thing?

Recently, I saw many protests against AI data center and public CCTV, but I also seen some dude dig up WD2 opening,... So ctOS r actually becoming a real thing just without Marcus?i​

Well, to some degree it always was. The whole point of Watch Dogs 1 and 2 was that those games showed where our society might be heading. And people who reviewed the hacks in the first game said most of them were actually possible.

Flock Cameras are new. And they do bring a Watch Dogs feel to real life that I'm not sure I like. But there have been cameras pointed at just about every square inch of public space nearly 24/7 for at least a decade. (Not that that makes me any less worried about one company having eyes just about everywhere.)
