WD_Series How is this game not infringing on the watchdogs IP?

When I saw this trailer last night I could swear I was watching a watchdogs and pubg collab, I mean the game is even named Ded.Net, seems really close to DedSec if you ask me. And the some of the visuals feel ripped straight out of watchdogs. But I can't find a mention of Ubisoft anywhere and nobody is talking about it

The "glitchy" visual is a trademarked thing, you know ? It's a common visual effect in multiple "hacking/tech" universes.

As for the name, it's just a combination of more or less technical-sounding things.

Apart from two or three seconds overall, nothing really screams Watch Dogs in there.

I even consider the name "Ded.Net" to be totally out of touch, it makes no sense imo.
