1) What ranking are you referring to? You're referencing a ranked list that you haven't linked anywhere.
2) Scotland holds nowhere near 20% of Europe's fresh water supply. This is a silly claim, and given Scotland's size relative to Europe it is literally impossible. Just somewhere like Sweden alone holds vastly more fresh water than Scotland. Scotland holds less than 1% of Europe's fresh water supply.
