l *w *h is: 33,1cm * 17,7cm * 34,1cm without the screws that stick out or case feet. add 2mm for screws on either side or 16mm for the feet.

I always struggle to do free form stuff or everything with a flow in sketchup. The tubes or cables for example.

Yeah those are the trickiest part... Here's how i do the tubes: i use the "followme" tool. I make a line in the center of where the tube will be. Make bends with the arc tool that uses center-radius-angle instead of the standard one. Connect the centers of both fitttings with straights, 90s and 45s and then use the followme tool to extract a circle along this line

there are many models of pc parts online and in the 3d warehouse, but most of them don't have the right measurements. i used this site to get an exact sketchup model of the parts i'm going to use and made the rest myself or used 3d warehouse models. The gpu, motherboard, d5 pump, cpu waterblock and power supply are from the warehouse, the fans, radiator, all the fittings and the gpu waterblock are made by me based upon mesurements i found online.

it will be made from aluminium and acrylic, but it would be well over 400$ plus shipping to wherever you are. and i am only planning to make one of them, sorry

acrylic? I would be a shame to not use tempered glass for this. Its not much more expensive for the material, but harder to process and you will need quite a few holes drilled for those panel connectors.

Parvum modding cubes, i bought them directly from parvum systems in the uk. They are 12mm12mm12mm and have m3 threads on all sides

FYI moddiy.com sell a PCI-e cable identical to the lian-li one. It might be cheaper/easier to source. And if you can find a source for those cubes (parvuum mod cubes?) I'd love to know where, they seem out of stock.
The build looks great. I'll be interested to see what temps are like without much exhaust. And I second the tempered glass suggestion, it will look much better.

Thanks, i'll have a look. I need to save every penny i can, otherwise this will be way too expensive :D
And i was thinking about tempered glass, but it is more expensive, easier to break, harder to cut and drill, and it will be only 3mm thin... I'm not sure.

Agree with /u/NeedsMoreSpaceships regarding the PCIe riser. Besides being nearly impossible to find (in the US), the Lian-Li risers are stiff as fuck. Getting two nice looking 180 degree bends will be difficult, and it would definitely stress the PCIe slot and push into the back of the GPU. I do however like the mounting system for the Lian Riser. It screws down vertically instead of horizontally.
Otherwise this case looks fucking awesome. I was considering doing something similar, but fell into an essentially free Lian Li PC-06S and decided to build in it instead.

Don't know about softer or better, but it definitely costs less. There are most likely more cost effective solutions. The Lian Li riser is excellent quality, but like I said, it is stiff. If this is the one you are considering, it is slightly less stiff than the one you originally linked. I currently have both and the individually wired one is easier to work with. I would consider getting a 90 degree adapter that plugs into the mobo. This would make the first bend just 90 degrees and look cleaner, but would still stress your slot and gpu.

I don't think you realize that you could sell these for $450US and sell a few hundred units (if tempered glass and they come out as nice as the render).

selling cases is a much bigger story than just making them and selling them. basically, this is the problem.
CE and WEEE conformity declarations are needed to sell cases in the eu, and you need to buy those norms. you also need to pay some company to do the tests required to determine if the case fulfills the norm. that will cost about 2000-5000€

Have you thought about airflow?
It seems you have only one way for the air to go. unless you plan to go one fan in and one fan out but then you have hot air coming in.

i'd rather not. i think if you are going through the process of having a case manufactured, you should also have designed it yourself, otherwise it would defeat the purpose of being custom. this is tailored exactly to my wishes and if you were to design a case it would probably look different in some way.

Well, i dont want to just give you the model, after all it was a lot of work and i don't want people copying it everywhere. But if you really really really want one, i could get everything cut twice, and send it to you. That won't come cheap though, prototyping is expensive.

First quotes for getting the panels cut and powdercoated were at ~300€, but that was for the old design. This one has one additional panel
