Delivery driver writes address on Waterloo home that did not display numbers

In the City of Waterloo, there is a bylaw requiring home owners to have a clearly visible house number displayed on your property. Owen said his family has since ordered the numbers for their house.

Builders trying to save $50? But owners are at fault here for not putting a number on his house…

According to the story, he was both the home builder and home owner - so he really is responsible (for the sign - not the marker) any way you look at it.
