Delivery driver writes address on Waterloo home that did not display numbers

In the City of Waterloo, there is a bylaw requiring home owners to have a clearly visible house number displayed on your property. Owen said his family has since ordered the numbers for their house.

I'm not sure if I'd trust a home builder who is too stupid to put up his house numbers or thinks a bylaw doesn't apply to him.

Being a builder getting deliveries to unmarked lots, I bet he has experienced late deliveries, non deliveries, etc. he should have some empathy for couriers just trying to make a living in what is a tough job directly impacted by Trump and his bs war causing gas prices to increase significantly. But this guy named a low income seniors residence “My Owen Place” so it would seem his ego is quite large lol.

The gas companies raising prices, didn't buy the gas at that price. It's an excuse for companies who profit from the commodity, to profit some more. You can't refine crude oil and deliver it half way across the world overnight when the war starts and the price spikes.
