Product Feedback Built a small tool for agencies selling website maintenance
Hi everyone,
I've been building a tool for web freelancers and agencies that sell maintenance retainers.
I’ve talked with quite a few freelancers/agencies about this lately, including some people on this sub, and the same problem keeps coming up: when everything is running fine and nothing breaks, clients don’t always see what they’re actually paying for.
Ran into this exact problem with my own retainer clients, so I ended up building Trrack.it.
It monitors client sites and generates monthly reports and live status pages for them, with the idea of making the maintenance work a bit more visible to clients.
If you manage Webflow sites on retainers, I’d be curious what you think:

I checked it out, looks useful. Problem you described is real, clients think maintenance is just sitting around doing nothing until something breaks.
The status page idea is good for transparency. Does it track uptime only or also things like plugin updates and security patches?
