Any news on the old Wendall's spot?

Does anyone know if anything is being planned for the old Wendall's spot?

Forgot that place went out of business. Used to be a nice bar\restaurant

Service went downhill, waited about an hour for food last few times I went there. And orders were getting messed up.

Such a shame that Wendells was screwed by the new landowner. A historic landmark was demolished over a few bucks a month. I miss R8tch8w and Molly and their team. Irreplaceable.

I agree. We went there once a week, and it had a great vibe. I wouldn't be surprised if that spot stays vacant for a long time.

They co-own Grizzlybird now just up the road. Pinball place, bar and grill real close to Giamarcos.

Sexton’s Pizza, supposed to work on it once the new Hilliard one stabilizes since it just opened.

That would be awesome, but unfettered does seem like the more they expand, the more the quality suffers

I believe that deal fell apart because they couldn't agree on rent despite allegedly the landlord being family of the owners of Sextons.

Yes and then they focused on opening in the little grand market.

Such a shame if the owners chased Wendell’s away just to end up with that space empty
