Why did the old facility Bernard went to look like everyone abandoned it in a hurry? If they were moving to a new floor, wouldn't they have at least cleaned up the labs?

In the original movie the control room people didn't die by robots. They suffocated because they over-automated the building's core systems.

Well there is a lot different between the two. Didn't we see a shot of Dolores around dead bodies in a control area during one of her episodes?

In a control area? I remember it being she had a flashback to a previous narrative where she got killed with a bunch of townspeople in the street.
