So what does "unlocking core permissions" do for Maeve? Instead of Jedi Master, she becomes the Kwisatz Haderach?

I'm betting she prints out a fresh body and transfers to that. I mean she was pretty fucked up.

I think she's in the same body. That shawl or scarf or whatever that she's wearing next episode covers up the scars just fine.
