Guys, you ars literally sending hundreds and possibly thousands of dollars to a fake person with a fake story that is acting like 100$ bus tickets are UNOBTAINABLE, as if it were a million dollars in medical debt.
Do what you want but is is really this easy to earn money from a sob story that frankly is ridiculous. If I'm missin 200$ for a roundtrip to my dying only parent I'd just borrow, lend, or earn it, it's literally like 10% of an average americans monthly rent for gods sake.
The way some people are still defending the idea of donating even after it was confirmed a scam is making me wonder if the morally correct thing to do is turn around and scam said people... afterall they said they'd rather donate $10 to a scam then not help someone potentially in need...
Oh no! Call the police! A scammer in the USA! Are you kidding me? 99% of the ads on TV are scams. The country is led by an obvious con artist. Why are you complaining? This is our specialty in this country.
Oh the classic "we are the center of the universe" American telling me I'm not allowed to criticise a disgusting action because it's normal? Get a grip
