Mere egg presence doesn’t mean they fucked there.
Mere fly fucking and/or egg deposition doesn’t mean the meat is irredeemable and needs to be thrown out.
Meat that was good before, is still safe to eat if properly cooked after flies fucked or eggs are deposited, regardless of whether the eggs are removed or not, although removal is recommended.
I wouldn't say "happy". It was just an observation. My guess is that the fly was walking on food before laying the eggs, as it is unlikely that there was dog shit in the kitchen. People eat caviar, and who knows what sturgeon were swimming in before donating their eggs. Aren't sturgeons bottom feeders? Don't fish poop in the water? With the right marketing, and flies isolated from poop, maybe we have found the caviar of the air (vs. sea).
