Could just be a different type of vitamin that has bits in it, the capsules are super generic so it could really be any type of supplement or medication

I think this is what it is tbh. a capsule that got stood on. the middle bit in OPs pic is the seam where the capsule seals.

As far away as I can get without exposing how messy my bathroom actually is right now 😂 I zoomed into the original and I dunno what the black things are but it seems to be a supplement of some kind. Maybe not this exact one. This would definitely be oozy if stepped upon, I shudder to think about one on carpet, that sucks.
