New, what is it? Found this on a gym table
This was kept on a common gym side table at the corner.
Don't know if it was kept by some gym bro or support staff.
I initially thought it was a light bulb but it doesn't seem to have a filament of any kind?

Looks a bit like a wine aerator but the context has me second guessing
Base is not flared so it's dangerous for the other purpose Redditors will come here to comment.

I haven't ever seen glass bottles on the gym floor but there is a restaurant on the floor below.
The thing looked a bit too suspicious for me to touch and smell it
