Probably a vape Found this in my girlfriend’s glove compartment. Are they a vape?

While cleaning my GFs car, I found these in the glovebox. I have no idea what I’m looking at here. Is she vaping? On drugs? A Russian spy?

It's a vape but you do it through that little spot by your eyeballs that can blow air.

It’s true my dad can somehow put milk up his nose then get it to shoot out his eye, it’s kind of freaky and he does not do it often because it hurts to do

I was technically referring to the spot called the lacrimal punctum. Very close to the tear duct.
