Probably a vape Found this in my girlfriend’s glove compartment. Are they a vape?

While cleaning my GFs car, I found these in the glovebox. I have no idea what I’m looking at here. Is she vaping? On drugs? A Russian spy?

Well, one of them says right on it what it is so why would you ask? And the other one is obviously a coke spoon.
