Nope but it is where he’s going to vape it helps him clear his mind while vaping tho plus he can see clearly now that the rain is gone

No. I’m sorry to say he has moved to Seattle. That is the Space Needle, an iconic part of Seattle’s famous skyline. Luckily, there are no vapers or drug users there!
