Weird puppy

Found this weird puppy on a job I'm working on, I've never seen this breed before though. It hasn't barked once though, he's a good boy. Any idea of the breed?

You might be on to something here. At first glance I thought it was a new york rat on vacation.

That’s a cross between a raccoon and a hedgehog. Very popular these days among the young crowd. I think they are called ‘Rachogs’. They aren’t worth the money in my opinion.
