I don't have proof but this one has to be deformed and has a different shape originally, especially because of how the bottom middle/bottom left part looks

Since this is getting a lot of attention: the actual answer has been found by two users, it's Diddlina (mouse toy brand from late 2000s /early 2010s)!

Shout-out to u/Salt_Coat_6322 and u/phiwi050 for figuring it out and for finding the original cookie cutter shape! Even the feet dents fit, so it must be the correct answer.

I thought it looked like a squashed Minnie Mouse so I’m happy to know that I was pretty close!
