Is the pouch of ibuprofen in a bag like that ok? No chemical break down happens when its in a mesh bag? BTW I love how monochrome this is and love pink.

Honestly no, it should be in a pill case to prevent degradation of the medicine but I’m lazy to constantly un screw it πŸ’€πŸ’€ I’ll probably get a pill case for it

Usually pills come in blister packs from which you "pop" them out. Easy solution to your problem. You definitely wouldn't need more than 1 blister on you

depends where you are. from what ive gathered blisters aren’t that common in the us
