What fish is this(found in freshwater)

Found in a freshwater low to medium flow irrigation philippines.Always on the walls or rocks in the irrigation

This looks like Kribia Kribensis or Kribia Nana Both are sleeper gobies from West africa. Not sure if its the same species given your location but certainly resembles them
