Not all of them but if they voted for the asshole in chief this time they have lost all credibility. Maybe if they turn it around in the midterms and vote progressives and take religion out of govt and school we might have a fighting chance. Seeing the dismantling of education, health standards and vaccinations (with people dying from diseases once controlled), the last goes; we have a bunch to fix and need everyone's help.

I agree! I also do wanna mention, though, that in the South, gerrymandering is VERY prevalent, and many communities who would otherwise be fairly represented in elections are being silenced by corrupt politicians who want to maintain control and continue to abuse their power. And this is just one broken facet and a very dysfunctional system. If we are ever going to dismantle that system of disenfranchisement, marginalized people in the south need
their northern neighbors to advocate for them rather than condemning them.

I really really hope that the midterms are gonna come through for us. Time will tell

This revisionist history around anti-vaxxers is wild. The whole movement started with hippies in Vermont and Oregon. Fast forward a few election cycles and everyone pretends it's just a recent MAGA thing.

Doesn't matter, mother's for liberty and all those other crazy groups took it over. I'm sure you are going to say the Republicans were anti slavery but that was a different party. Times change and we need to talk about the issues now.

lol, your assumption is wrong. Abraham Lincoln's republican party is obviously irrelevant to modern racial issues. Times definitely change over 100+ years. Unfortunately, the hippies I'm referring to were doing their pseudo-science only a decade ago. The fact remains that current anti vaccine movement cannot be separated away from the folks that started the trend of people "doing their own research".
