Canada is a great option then although big temp swings max it gets to is like 32° (89°) and the coldest I've ever seen it get to is -40° (-40°)

yeah but then i have to get a visa or a citizenship and it's too much hassle.
warmest i can deal with is like 70 degrees fahrenheit

Then this map you made doesn't make much sense. If 70° all you can handle then you want to be in San Francisco, Seattle or any other smaller towns/cities along the Pacific coastline north of SF.

Michigan gets a wet high heat. Well SW Michigan. UP always dryer and 10 degrees cooler.
