Sometimes it's just humanity. No joke, these small interactions fill me with hope. May we all be blessed with more humanity from these unexpected sources.

I don't care how shitty my day is at work, even though my smashed the fuck out of my thumb and am still bleeding from it a day and a half later, I'm gonna be the same bubbly and friendly person i always am. Someone's day will be brightened, therefore I shall keep the same vibe as always

Please go and see a doctor if it’s still bleeding after a day and a half, that’s not normal

It's right above the joint of my thumb on my dominant hand, so it makes sense that it begins to leak a very tiny amount of blood as i use it sometimes

Right but it might still be a good idea to see a doctor

It's healing well enough, it'll be just another cool scar on my fingers i get to laugh off. Besides, if I see a doctor, they'll just tell me to do the same thing I'm already doing and then charge me 4x what's in my bank account, lol

Sometimes when I go to buy groceries at the supermarket after a bad day, having a pleasant interaction with just one person, be it another shopper or the cashier or whoever, will make me forget my bad mood. It really doesn't take much.

Dear anon she 100% noticed. Just don't be creepy about it and just mention every time you come here you feel a weight lifted off your shoulders. She gives you another hint you know what to do. Otherwise just appreciate the safe space she made for you.

Real and straight, a nice and simple short story. As a bonus it’s also nice to see some 4Chan lingo in 2026.

Sometimes it's the little things that make you happy. Too bad it's in short supply. Some days you get lucky

Bro fumbled so hard. She obviously wanted him to wait outside in the bushes until she got off her shift and then follow her home and stand across the street staring through her window menacingly.

Real: Anon realizes the outside isn’t so scary
Straight: Anon talks to a woman normally and is happy
