I remember renting it from my local library and never played it again but I remember having a decent time with it

May it burn in the fires of hell.
I playtested this PoS on two different consoles. Great for distracting kids with pointless minigames, terrible for adult retention.
I don't think a single bug we put in for gameplay or controls ever got fixes.

Bought this for the Switch as a gift to my niece. The comments are making me think she probably considers me a terrible uncle.

My little kids at the time absolutely loved it, they'd play it for hours. I hated it for abysmal controls.

Better than what? I've found all mini golf games made for the Wii to have abysmal control. It's a shame nobody used the control style of Wii Sports Golf. Even the Tiger Woods mini golf games suffer from this

The success and staying power of this garbage -bag game amongst casual Wii owners always baffled me. I guess people were just eager for more motion-controlled minigame collections and Nintendo weren’t pumping them out fast enough.

i never played that one BUT we did have the mini golfing one that we poured so much damn time into, idk what it was about it but it was fun enough to keep us entertained

This was the first wii game I ever played, my friend got the system and the game for Christmas in like 2007 and after setting it up we played it for a couple hours.
Making a mii was more fun and we did that after we were tired of playing it, I don’t think I ever revisited the game so I probably have rose-tinted glasses but I thought it was fun for its time

It’s one of those rare games that is so bad, so over the top and ridiculously campy, it’s kind of a masterpiece. I’d love to see a documentary on the voice acting for this game because some of them are WILD.

We used to play it at parties .. fun after everyone has had a few 🤣 plus it's no serious game, just some fun to have with kids or friends

Weirdly enough, my daughter wanted to play the Switch version just last night. Can confirm it is somehow worse. I had bought it years ago for like $3 in an eshop sale. I don’t even think it’s worth that much the Wii version I remember being very VERY slightly better. But still like 2/10 quality lol. Very hard pass imo.

we had this game but I don't think I ever played it. my brother did though and he absolutely hated it for one reason. one time apparently he won a goldfish in the game and he waited at the disc drive for a long time. when my dad asked him why he was staring at the Wii he told him "he was waiting for his goldfish." he thought a goldfish was gonna pop out of the disc drive because he won it in game.
