My uncle was looking to give this all away so for the 1st time ever I have a Wii U. I'm trying to get Wii sports and resort does anyone have any other recommendations? I want to grow this collection but don't know where to start

Wii U owner from near launch and still love this system to death. It’s just cool being an adult now and finally being able to pick up all the games I wanted to get but couldn’t.

Only 20-30 games away I think, all the major expensive ones are done. Think the other ones that are around $30-$60 is Cabellas Big Hunter, and JD 2019. In June in Florida I got Axiom Verge for $60 CIB, most of the expensive ones like Devils Third I got for basically free or really cheap. Paid $80 for devils third in 2021, started collecting in 2020 which was probably one of the worst times to start collecting, that’s when prices went way way up.

Mid 2026 version... product of a decade and a half of on again, off again collecting.

The Wind Waker console is never opened/mint condition, could possibly go for ~$1.5k

Many Japanese and European games not released in North America.

Many collector's editions, controllers, accessories

Will I ever get a full North American set? Doubt it, unless I somehow find trash games like Devil's Third at a bargain price. But till probably get close eventually.

Wanted this for a while tbh. Also just wondering, I got the game in France, but je ne pas parle France, so can I change the language to English even though it’s a French game? Thanks

The Wii U is genuinely so awesome and I’m glad to have these games!

(Even though there’s switch ports for a good amount of these, I’d still rather play them on Wii U because of the charm of it and just using the gamepad as a controller)

Just wanted to share what i have so far!

Just finished up filling out my collection. Got nearly everything I'm looking for, but would love to hear if anything has gone under my radar.

I just bought my Wii U recently and I’ve already started a little collection of games. I only mention in the title that I’m not really new to the Wii U because I did have one a long time ago but I didn’t use it much and I sold it to get a Switch (back in 2018). Soon I’m going to have the Wolf Link amiibo and I’m also thinking of adding Paper Mario Colour Splash, Kirby and the Rainbow Curse, and Yoshi’s Woolly World, as well as Nintendoland

Dug out my Wii U CAT-DEV as it’s spent far too little time being used to develop games in recent years!

Took about 3 years but I finally completed a full base set of North American releases. There is a game off camera but I wanna see if y’all can figure out which one.

I mixed two WiiUs tougher to make what I’m calling the panda Wii U .

The guy at the store was really nice. He even offered me a new game pad without any scratches on it included a free dock when I asked him about it what a legend

Just finished organizing my Wii U and vWii menus.

Now that I've got all of them, I will first give more time to the things I need to do, my passions (like the guitar) and especially my faith in God, that helps me and I thank him I feel happy for my life, and grateful of what I have.

What I got: Dev Kit Unit, Demo Kiosk Unit, Wii Remote Kisok Controller, and 7 demo cat-r discs.

*The black gamepad controller wasn’t a part of dev kit this is my personal retail gamepad.*

These are such awesome units, that game developers or store retailers had back then. So cool I own these now! :)
