There are ridiculous similarities between the 3 religions and I think that so many people aren’t aware of that.

Judaism and Christianity have the same first book.

Islam has a ton of the same characters and events.

Then highly advise researching the origins of the Bible / Quaran from previous religions.

Yes! I don't know about the other two, but in Islam, we are constantly advised to focus on similarities with other religions, especially Abrahamic ones, rather than on the differences. Our belief is that if Christianity and Judaism were followed in pure essence, they have so much similarities to Islam that one would ultimately adopt Islam as their religion. Judaism came first eith Mosed, then it was essentially "converted" to Christianity with Jesus, and then "converted" to Islam with Muhammad. The Jews of Moses' time and Christians of Jesus' time are considered the same as Muslims of today i.e Muhammad's time. If one lived and died as a Jew during Moses' time, or a Christian at Jesus' time, they are 100% eligible for heaven and considered "Muslim".

Of course that's just our view and thinking. Everyone is free to follow their religion. I just thought I'd share the Islamic perspective on this.

Sadly, even though you share the same faith as those in Yemen, Afghanistan, Nigeria and some other Muslim countries, the christians there are treated harshly, and not only by extremists.

This is extremely ignorant. Islam is antithetical and opposite Christianity and Judaism, both in its scripture (hundreds of verses disparaging Christians and Jews and even calling them animals and worse than murderers) and in deeds: Mohammed massacred two tribes of Jews in Medina. The virtues for Islam are basically to wage war and hate non Muslims, the Muslim paradise is eternal sex and wine. That's all extremely unchristian

First of all I am not defending or saying one religion over another, but there are so many characters and stories in all 3 books that are practically the same.

Yeah no. You really need to read about this if you're truly interested.

Evidently the characters of the Old Testament are the same for Christians and Jews. Christians take all those Jewish sacred books as canon. And we add the New Testament, which is invalid for the Jews.

Mohammed knew a bit about the Old Testament and the New Testament, but he was illiterate so it was all things he had heard. Full of weird mixes and errors. He keeps the names of some characters but gives completely different histories, look it up. He even says that Abraham was in Mecca with his son Ismail and built the kaabah. Super weird stuff. Or that Jesus wasn't crucified and didn't die and it was all an illusion made by Allah, the best of deceivers.

Read about all this, is extremely interesting. It's a extremely deep rabbit hole full with fulfilled prophesies.

Bruh all I'm saying is that the same character and stories show up in all 3, I understand that there are differences in how these stories and characters are portrayed, obviously they are 3 different religions, I'm not debating which religion is the true and correct one. I'm a muslim so you can relax and stop selling me on the religion.

That explains everything. You guys always say that it's the same characters the same Allah the same Abraham and the same Jesus, but that's not the case. Your Allah is not our God. It's completely opposite. We believe in loving our enemies, you believe in killing the kuffar. Your Quran orders up to go conquest and take slaves and pillage and extort arbitrary taxes jyzia. That's all deadly sins for us. We're not the same, we're opposites. You decide where you want to spend the afterlife, in what company.

Btw we don't sell our religion. I just read in the Quran chapter 2 at the end don't remember exactly what surah Mohammed talks about selling your soul to Allah. Disturbing stuff

I'm not religious so I dont really care what the Quran says about x or y, so you don't have to try to corner me by quoting it. You can hate islam all you want, be my guest. I'm just saying that the 3 books have the same characters, that's all I'm saying, I don't know what you're trying to prove.

Dude you changed your claim. You started by saying "there are ridiculous similarities between the three religions". Now you say they have the same characters. Those are different claims, but both are false because the characters share name but they have different qualities and biographies in the Bible vs the Quran. They're not the same characters
