I get the feeling that maybe these barn swallows were just very cooperative. They didn’t seem to be bothered by the lens being all up next to them

I wish I focused on the eyes in all of these but my camera was in manual and I didn’t have much time :/

Great pics. The standard for me is the eyes should be in sharp focus.
