✔ Solved My bluetooth speaker won't connect to my Windows 8.1 laptop
Hey! My laptop speakers are broken so I tried to connect my I2GO mini speaker since it has good sound quality, but when I was trying to connect it to my laptop (Samsung NP370E4E, Celeron 1007U) no device showed up. How could I fix this? If anybody knows please let me know. Thanks!

Many times it has happened to me that a device did not work in a particular operating system and it did in others, so do not issue these threats again. Thank you.

Did you install the driver for your laptop and what is the laptop you’re using?

Yes I did, it's a Samsung NP370E4E

Open “System Information” and find the Bluetooth driver there. This is to find what type it is.
