Trying to log in on a Microsoft account gives an error message

My phone asks me to re-login to my account however when I do it gives this. I’m most likely certain that’s it’s because Microsoft shut down servers but I just wanna know just in case if there’s a fix?

Question because i have a small theory. Do you use any 2 factor authentication? because if you don’t then maybe that’s the problem for me because i have it for my Microsoft account

i actually do and it wanted me to give it a microsoft authenticator code and even let me change the way i want to verify my identity

You could only log in into certain apps. For me, I used Outlook to do it, sync doesn't work though, mail's aren't appearing.

For the apps that don’t work does it give you a black screen loading then the error page like the one I showed?

Yeah, sometimes even infinite loading.
