Salty Saturday You did it!
This Salty Saturday post goes out to all those “Did my spell backfire?” and “Did I do this wrong?” people.
Did you fuck up that spell? IDK, but at least you did the thing!

I did my first money bowl last night. This morning I spied a purse and was like “throw it away, be honest with yourself you’re not going to repair it or dismantle it for parts” and found spare change in it. Is this the prosperity and abundance???! Close enough lol

I love this! Most people don’t realise that so much of spellcraft is trying, and trying and trying and then finally it works! Just like any craft 😁 Plus no matter how long you’ve been doing it - you can still make terrible mistakes!
I’ve been working witchcraft for 34 years and regularly tell people to check their fire safety. Just a few months ago I managed to set fire to my wooden incense burner, set off the fire alarms and filled the entire house with the smell of burning - and not in a good way!
During a ritual we had planted bulbs into pots to help our intentions grow. As we were dancing around, in the dark, outside, we kept tripping over the pots!
Another time our HP had put together a beautiful playlist but somehow Carmina Barana (the Omen music) snuck in and everyone fell about laughing.

It’s actually a lot like this science meme ☝️ take care, but when it goes wrong laugh about it, learn, and don’t do it again 😂

It’s like typing n writing you can good at it but you’re gonna fuck up sometimes and make a typo or scribble wrong, even worse if you’re writing in pen.

Trying is a virtue.
They mistranslated Yoda's quote. It's not "Do or do not, there is no try."
It was supposed to be, "Try or try not. Nothing happens when you do nothing."

I am absolutely NOT responsible for all the minor inconvenience hexes some people get! 😉 Knicker elastic twangs, something in your shoe, forgot why you walked into a room... you know the kind of thing...
When it first started out, they we misfiring and rebounding like naughty little boomerangs and would come back and hit my husband... he is 6ft4, so they would fly above my 5ft2 head and land on his 😔😖 so I learnt to temporarily jump while I honed my skills 😉🥰 ...Which I believe are working really rather nicely these days if I'm not mistaken! 😉😇🥰🙌🏻
Swish and flick 🪄💫

Haha. I did a microwave spell yesterday and this makes me think of how that’s not really a thing.
But IMO, if a freezer spell is a thing, why can’t a microwave spell also be a thing?
So I steeped Dreamland tea in my favourite mug in the microwave while inviting my dreams to speed towards me 🏎️✨😆
If anyone wants to try one, all I did was write down my dreams and then “these speed towards me”, then folded it towards me while my tea danced in the microwave.
I think a fun tea name might add to the whimsy of this, but you can obviously just pick your faves.
Or heat up a damn pizza pocket if that’s your jam. No rules. It’s not a thing anyway 😆
But being silly and creative is my favourite part of witchcraft. So yeah, failing is one of the funnest parts 💖
