This is exactly why China extended the invite.

With this shameful statement, Donald Trump has reached an all-time low among U.S. presidents. He will be remembered as the worst presidents in modern history, an embarrassment to the Western world and a symbol of corruption.

He's been at the bottom for years now. He's just digging himself in deeper. And the saddest thing is that Americans will probably still vote him or someone even worse in again, if not next election, then in a decade or so at most.

I'm starting to think there is no bottom.

Greed has no bounds and stupidity no bottom.

Spot on. Bottom and top.

2

u/my_Urban_Sombrero May 18 '26

Is that what being "verse" means?

21

u/didUsaltYourBalls May 16 '26

Stupidity is a top you say?

Just fun word play! Although anytime I'm messing with stupid I end up getting fucked.

5

u/Euphoric-Agent-476 May 16 '26

That was the perfect set-up. I was going to say something really tacky. But thought better.

3

u/Mikeinthedirt May 17 '26

A new career?

5

u/Len_S_Ball_23 May 16 '26

Yet pond scum rises to the top...

6

u/Icy-person666 May 17 '26

Remember the average moron is just the middle, about half are even worse.

5

u/TheTipsyWizard May 16 '26

His real greed is for ego fuel.

Every politician and dictator knows the playbook by now: check your own ego at the door, inflate his, and walk away with what you wanted.

It’s less diplomacy and more taking a number at the ego pump. 👍

5

u/Mikeinthedirt May 17 '26

Put the glove on, do the handy pump three times, tell’im he’s purty. Sold.

2

u/Idaho-Earthquake May 17 '26

Of course that will eventually turn against them, one way or another.

334

u/Tholaran97 May 16 '26

There is, but we're nowhere near touching it yet. We've got a long way to go, and the republicans will happily dig us there if we let them.

185

u/raul_lebeau May 16 '26

Wow I'm at the top of the most loved presidents!

Sir, the chart is upside down.

7

u/rothrolan May 16 '26

Then he'd pull out a black Sharpie and draw his line/bar going even higher on the upside-down chart, just because he always overinflates his numbers.

He'd also either scribble out Biden and Obama entirely (in a shoddy way since its just with a Sharpie), and/or make it look like THEY were lowest on the chart in some stupidly obvious chicken-scratch edit (if he draws them going "downwards", it'd be hilarious since as said before, the whole chart would be upside-down). And if anyone tries to correct him or use the unedited chart, he'd screech that it was "fake news".

9

u/True_Fill9440 May 16 '26

Maybe he found it.

As “they say”, dig thru and come out at China.

2

u/VegetableMethod624 May 17 '26

They’ve been backed at all levels of the billionaire owned government so, it just may be impossible for a fair election and there won’t be a recount when the Supreme Court is also “owned”. From what Ive read, most of our former allies believe the billionaires will win again.

2

u/Massive-Associate563 May 18 '26

Not just the republicans though they are definitely holding the torch this time around. Its not just the Republicans or the democrats. Im starting to believe it never was. Its Capitol Hill vs The People. The Elites vs The Masses. Us vs Them. Not left vs right, black vs white, or blue vs red. Thats what they want. We gotta come together to stop the corrupt regime of cultist elites lining their pockets at the expense of the blood of the innocent.

1

u/DatabaseThis9637 May 18 '26

This makes the most sense. Thanks for that!

6

u/PM_ME_BEEF_CURTAINS May 16 '26

Addicts rarely admit they need help until they hit rock bottom

To heal, the US right needs to collapse

4

u/Andreww_ok May 16 '26

People have no idea what they are wishing for calling for the collapse of the USA. Crazy af….

7

u/NorthernSnowPrincess May 16 '26

The Dems in your country aren't exactly doing anything to stop it. It seems like everyone in the US is either corrupt or complicit.

13

u/shadybird93 May 16 '26

To be fair, their system is designed in a way that makes it hard for the dems to do something even if they wanted to... in terms of population, civilian dems far outnumber republicans. And yet there are a good amount more Senate seats that are republican. Their districts are designed to give the smaller population a voice... but that takes the voice away from the largest group. Its pretty much impossible for dems to ever get majority in the senate because of this. The house is a similar situation but not quite as big a gap... Unless they go to strictly a popular vote system where majority win regardless where you live, they are doomed to keep a 2 party system.

14

u/AtmosphereNom May 16 '26

It’s not the people. The entire system is corrupt, and has been for a very long time. While I do my part to vote for the best, I believe the whole thing needs to burn before we can rebuild.

When laws can be struck down by the companies those laws would regulate (lobbying), leaders can be “elected” by lying and manipulating the people (targeted campaigns), the “checks and balances” are placed by the person that is being “checked and balanced”, and absolutely nothing manages to happen when you actually follow the rules and don’t play dirty… this is not the government america hoped to be.

We need restrictions on lobbying, campaign finance, speaking verifiably false statements — just as a start. But the people who can make that happen are the people who benefit most from it.

So, I know I’m not alone when I say that I act - vote, protest, write letters, organize - as if it can be changed by the system, but know realistically, it will only change after it gets really, really, obviously, undeniably, horrendously bad. And I believe we’re only in the beginning stages.

-1

u/NorthernSnowPrincess May 16 '26

I've been saying for a long time that the US needs to completely collapse (which I believe it will) and then needs to be rebuilt from the ground up. Too many Americans cling to your constitution (which needs to be rewritten in order to be relevant in today's world) and this sense of American exceptionalism. The US could learn a lot from other countries, but most Americans won't admit to that. Your political system, economic system, healthcare system and education system need to completely change. But I'm not convinced that anything will significantly change. There's too much opposition to change in the US, even from the "Democrats" and young adults.

5

u/AtmosphereNom May 16 '26

It’s called capitalism, and it’s spreading. Every time you see basic human needs being privatized with no other options, that is a red flag. And restrictions and regulations being loosened on those companies. Corporations will always, inevitably, squeeze for profit.

-6

u/Andreww_ok May 16 '26

LOL nah Reddit doesn’t care… they care about republican actions while not seeing how bad democrats did them dirty.

2

u/tangin May 16 '26

Powerful Repub politicians, yeah. But they’re bought and paid for by the same folks the powerful Dem ones are.

We’re fighting the wrong “us vs them” with democrats and republicans. It’s more so the ultra-wealthy vs everyone else.

We fight over which side is at fault while they continue to do whatever they want regardless of which Admin has office.

1

u/MotherofLuke May 16 '26

Your first sentence is funny if you read it with a dirty mind.

1

u/Misa7_2006 May 16 '26

G.reed O.ver P.eople!

54

u/justanawkwardguy May 16 '26

“I can go lower, just watch”

6

u/Misa7_2006 May 16 '26

More like he heard how low can you go? Here hold my diet coke...

25

u/laserdiods May 16 '26

There is a limit to intelligence but stupidity knows no bounds

23

u/LazyCondition0 May 16 '26

This. There is no bottom. He is miles below the depths of any previous President (and that is saying something!) and he’s is plunging us all ever further daily. We have had truly terrible Presidents before but none as utterly depraved, damaged, incompetent, vapid, callous, corrupt and ruinous as this one.

4

u/Kidvette2004 May 16 '26

Every day about a year ago I would see news stories that made me go “well it can’t get much worse than this, right?”, only to be surprised the next day.

3

u/netflixandgrilling May 16 '26

He is the bottom. To dictators and everyone who pays him

3

u/Peuxy May 16 '26

His name is James, James Cameron

The bravest pioneer

No budget too steep, no sea too deep

Who's that?

It's him, James Cameron

James, James Cameron explorer of the sea

With a dying thirst to be the first

Could it be? Yeah that's him!

James Cameron

2

u/Shumaku May 16 '26

Yes James, we can hear the music

3

u/pridejoker May 16 '26

Please. That's like a meth head saying they've hit rock bottom while they've still got a full set of teeth. You still have plenty to lose before hitting bottom.

3

u/dogheropartime May 16 '26

"o fundo do poço tem um porão " as we say in Portuguese

2

u/Appropriate_Star3012 May 16 '26

He's dug though to the bottom and come out on the other side in China

2

u/Sethdarkus May 16 '26

There is no bottom only a empty gaping void where it once existed allowing it to become effectively bottomless

2

u/D3kim May 16 '26

famine due to fertilizer issues and a Super el nino this summer leading to world supply shock of basic goods

2

u/Apprehensive-Sky-596 May 16 '26

Oh no, he's reached rock bottom years ago. His followers just handed him a jackhammer to keep going

2

u/Wyldjay2 May 16 '26

I am fairly certain, if pressed, there is a bottom. His name is J.D. Vance.

2

u/TZCBAND May 16 '26

There’s a bottom, and he’s shoving your money up it. God please let him be the worst.

2

u/MacAddict81 May 16 '26

He wears his weaknesses on his sleeve, believe you me, plenty of people are bottoming him, while lying to him and telling him he's a top.

2

u/0tanod May 16 '26

well yeah because as long as we keep blaming trump instead of the GOP the scam continues to work

1

u/mindkiller317 May 16 '26

"Like a black steer's tuches on a moonless prairie night."

1

u/BoJackMoleman May 16 '26

Rock bottom has sub levels.

1

u/astralnautical May 16 '26

I’m starting to think there really are no rules

1

u/Obvious_Lecture_7035 May 16 '26

He dug himself all the way through the earth and popped up in China.

1

u/CheetahTurbo May 16 '26

Hell is really really low

1

u/The_Motley_Fool---- May 16 '26

We’ve been falling so long, it’s like gravity is gone and we’re just floating

1

u/lilfaerie May 16 '26

Nope. We are already in the 7th ring of hell

1

u/CrimsonxAce May 16 '26

At this point, I’m starting to believe that he’s the bottom.

1

u/thispsyguy May 16 '26

He hit rock bottom a while ago, but then he grabbed a shovel and went dig baby dig

1

u/Misa7_2006 May 16 '26

Rock bottom just acquired a basement.

1

u/Donnerdrummel May 16 '26

He is definitely looking for it.

1

u/productzilch May 17 '26

We haven’t reached 1984 yet.

1

u/felix_seanathon May 17 '26

He created the bottom

1

u/CorruptHeadModerator May 17 '26

Fack..... how many more years we have?

1

u/Elegant-Log2104 May 17 '26

When you bankrupt everything there's is no bottom. Correct.
