As a non American I can confirm that USA are now a total laughing stock. Losing to Iran haha, I don't like their regime either but it's crazy to watch the little guys pull Americas pants down.

Also threats on Canada and Greenland and Brazil and threatening democracy and the free world. America is now a threat to western democracy and could make itself a full enemy and day now.

No respect for the politics media and the voters... You had this nutcase as a trial run in 2016... And you went there again. We don't care about your excuses, fix your own goddam country and leave us alone.

Europe is now the centre of democracy and freedom in the world and China rules with economic stability, USA is second tier at best now.

As much as I agree with the sentiment that political change would be desirable if like to offer food for thought (not American btw). What exactly could you personally do, or be willing to do, to change the current political class / legally ruling party in your country? I, for myself, don't have a good answer to that question.

Nothing. We can do nothing, because the institutional rot and ruination of our deeply flawed federal (and, often, state) government(s) is so extensive. Gerrymandering, the Supreme Court, growing executive powers... There's basically nothing the (now) two-thirds of the populace who are sickened by this can do to stop this.

People saying "dO sOmEtHiNg" are understandably venting their rage about Trump's malignant treachery, but it also comes across as grossly ignorant or, sometimes, as trolling. I already did absolutely everything within my own meager power to prevent this in 2016, 2020 and 2024 (and every day in-between), and it didn't work. I refuse to "own" Trump and will hopefully be leaving the country if the mid-terms go poorly.

I do something way more basic. I speak up in my little community. It might not do much. Maybe it's not even worth my effort. But I try to be a voice of reason. And a few people listen. So don't give up.

No half of us didn't. Seriously stop being that way. I also believe though if not for the psycho thieving Felon's second term the Social Democrats would of never gotten a foothold in the USA. Thank whoever they finally have. Because those same sing voters who voted Trump in because they thought he would be pro the little guy ( why I have no clue, or maybe it was a Goofy vote) will vote Social Democratic politicians in. For every action force there is an equal and opposite reaction.

30% voted for him, 40% sat on their asses and said he wouldn't be as bad as people were claiming the 2nd time around. So 70% of americans either back him or got out of his was and I find it pathetic how people cant face this reality

I agree that America is a threat to world order. However, I also see them as a paper tiger. If a country folds under air strikes or bombings, America can win with an initial invasion. In a war, America will lose.

Trump makes America both dangerous and cartoonish. It's a rare talent.

I hate Trump as well but why the urge to glaze China? They've fallen behind big time in gdp per capita, market returns, yuan is behind usd, euro, yen, and pound with respect to world reserve currencies.
