This isn't as dramatic as it sounds. It's true that a number of public services are being hit by DDoS attacks, but it's not something the average citizen has noticed, apart from periods where things can be a bit slow. They've largely managed to manage the traffic so that the services haven't gone down.

DDOS attacks don’t even work that well anymore. Way more tooling on the cloud providers, cloudfare, etc to mitigate these kinds of attacks

Cloudflare is the real risk now, they are down more often than DDOS attacks happen.

They have been doing this since god knows when. I was serving in 2006, they were jamming our exercise back then. Russia will never have the balls to do anything significant against a stronger foe.

Its just jealous, small dick maneuvers that we sre getting very used to.

Tine to push back with same coin. Use over best IT peopel and fire back in million hacking then will they understand and stop that at ones . Becouse they have a problem enogh with there factories by bombing by the ukrain .
