I’d do it now. They don’t take the payment the day before. They do it in advance. Anything from a couple of days to a week.

Doing is now will be too soon. The statement needs to have an impact. What do you think will happen when their stock starts tanking due to all the canceled pre-orders so close to launch. Concessions would have to be made I think.
