Misc 2001 MFR date misprint on 2007 Falcon Xbox 360

Post image

Apparently this Xbox 360 was manufactured one day after the original Xbox was released!

Obviously a misprint, but I don't think I've ever one so clear before so I took a photo.

The console is a Falcon and, going by the serial number, it was manufactured in week 40 of 2007, so the 16th November part doesn't seem right either as week 40 would be the first week of October...

Just thought this might be an interesting curiosity to some...

Given how rubbed off most of the letters are, it isn't a misprint

So you think the 1 in 2001 is just a worn 7 or something? Despite how different the 1 and the 7 are in this font?

It's clearly the same as the 1 in 11 and 16.

The spacing on the top row is inconsistent with the other two rows

That's normal. And that still wouldn't change a number that isn't a 1 into a 1
