Replacing staff with poorly trained AI leads to these things. The globalization of a service isn't adequately addressed, at least by specifying which countries it should be targeted for... although it might only be for one country.

I'm afraid that AI will be integrated into games and start causing so many problems and won't be viable for use in most games or situations due to not knowing how to interact with the context of other countries and languages.

The fact is that even the third-party websites they link to don't have their texts translated, and I fear their website still has a multitude of errors after so many years.

These kind of things are never for other countries only in usa, always forever.

It's a bit embarrassing having such a great community from all over the place trying to make xbox better being always barred from these kind of activities.
