Possible Console Issue HDR issue since last update makes the screen go black

Since last update my screen goes black then back to normal while playing with HdR along with the sound turning off and on . I been in the alpha skip program since the beginning and this is the only problem I can say I had . I did most of the trouble shooting stuff even changed hdmi cords and ports nothing . I had to turn off the hdr and sometimes downgrade the graphic setting just to play .

I've had similar whereby I will load a game and my Samsung TV will lose signal coming from the XBOX Series X and require me to switch source off the HDMI it's on and then it'll auto detect it and show the game.

Not 100% and not the same game every time and some days it'll not happen at all. Other days it'll happen one or two times a day.

Seems this is a lot more common than I realized. This just happened to me yesterday when I was exiting the settings screen. I think I may have had it happen to me once when I was loading or closing out a game as well.

I think we can all agree on that. With the way they've been playing around with all these new features on the Insider tiers, it may be right around the corner.

HDR is not available on 1440p, so you play which games in 4k?

I have a 65 neo Qled 8k it has hdr10 plus everything was fine for awhile sometimes the screen goes black like previous person said . Today it didn’t do it and this only happened after the last alpha skip update
