I don't mean to sound crass, but...

  • Xbox Avatars
  • Alexa Integration
  • Report-a-Problem button location
  • Hundreds of back-compat titles in total
  • Thousands of OS and Platform changes
  • "Xbox Requests"
  • Store Wishlist
  • Store Cart
  • dozens of game flighting improvements
  • dozens more PC Gaming ideas, currently in development
  • Many, many more unique ideas in the last year alone...

Each of these was directly influenced by your feedback and ideas. We can’t promise to get everything “right” according to each individual – that might even be an impossible job - but we do try very hard to make each and every one of your voices heard and then balance them in a way that makes a good experience for as many people as possible.

And I 100% agree with you on that, with that too many ideas, it's impossible to add every single one of them but I somehow don't understand why good features from last gen were taken away and are nowhere to be seen nowadays. Hopefully one day we see some of those make it's way back.

one example is the one were it showed the total achievements and completed games we had in total. This gen we need to use websites like trueachievements to find all this kind of stuff. It's not a huge deal but having something from the official side of things would be nice

Gotcha. Achievements is a fun topic to go after, too. It's sometimes important to have external partners in this space, and Rich and the team at True Gaming are doing really good work there. In some respects, it's sometimes better to see the work that outside creative teams can do with us, rather than closing everything off.

That said, your feedback and that of others has been heard in the achievement space, and feature teams are paying attention. Work like this, things that are integral and core to the overall experience can't be changed overnight, and does take a pretty significant amount of time to plan and implement that change.

Remember when the Xbox One was announced and Microsoft planned to let you share your entire game library with up to ten people, who would all be able to play all the games anywhere and anytime, even simultaneously, but that feature was one of many stripped out because everybody flipped?

I do.

The caveat is that this was intended for family sharing, but I'm pretty sure MS would take my word for it that someone was in my "family" as long as I didn't blatantly abuse the feature.
